Brands are read before
they are understood.

airo btq. is a boutique branding studio for beauty, skincare, fashion, hospitality and product brands.

Not louder. Clearer.

where the thinking comes from

Our philosophy is borrowed from Japanese design thinking: restraint, respect for the material, and nothing decorative that earns nothing.

That is a way of deciding, not a look. We don’t mean craft paper, raw edges and neutral tones — that is a style, and it belongs to some brands and not to others. The materials, the palette and the form change with every project. What never changes is the discipline: we keep what carries meaning and remove what doesn’t.

Every brand already has a story. Our work is to find it and give it a form people feel before they read a word.

what we believe

01

Perception is psychology.

Before anything is drawn, we study the person on the other side: how they choose, what they trust, what makes them hesitate, what makes them come back. We are unreasonably empathetic about this. Design that ignores it is decoration.

02

Loyalty, not pressure.

We are against aggressive marketing. A brand should sell because it is right for the person looking at it — clear, honest, easy to say yes to. That is what makes sales organic and customers loyal.

03

Nothing extra.

Conversion is not a banner. It is a considered experience: obvious navigation, honest hierarchy, no noise between the customer and the decision. On a website that means real function — fast, clear, nothing in the way.

Branding

The core of the studio.

Strategy, positioning and the story come first; the visual system is built on top of them. You leave with a full identity and a brand guideline — one design system across every surface, one message everywhere, and rules your team can actually use.

We don’t write rules for the sake of rules. We write the ones that let anyone step into the brand, make the next thing without breaking it, and use the story in a sales conversation.

Web design & development

Designed and built, not just designed.

Online store, one-page site, landing page or a pre-launch page — we start with the launch strategy, then structure, navigation, every state and every interaction, plus a system for the pages that come later.

Then we develop it. You are never left holding a design file, hoping it works: the site ships, set up and running.

  • design with all states
  • interaction and motion
  • development and handover
  • system for future pages

Packaging design

The product in their hands.

This is where perception is most physical — weight, texture, the order in which things open. We start from the values you want the package to carry, then choose structure, materials and finish that say it without a word.

And we stay with the project through print and production, so what arrives is what was designed.

Design support

So it stays whole after launch.

A brand is never finished on handover day. We stay on call for social, campaign visuals, banners, digital ads, new pages and seasonal collateral — and bring in the right specialists when a project needs them.

Everything you get stays inside the system we built, so the brand keeps reading as one thing.

Karina Loboda
— Karina Loboda, Vision Director

airo btq. is led by Karina Loboda, Vision Director — a long road of finding the approach that actually works: strategy first, psychology second, visuals last.

She leads every project herself — the first question, the creative direction, the final file — with a small circle of designers and production partners around her. When a project needs a skill we don’t have in-house, we find the right person rather than pretend. No account managers, no handovers, one point of view held all the way through.

Service matters as much as the work: clear steps, honest timing, and answers you don’t have to chase.
