FAQ

Working with us

Who will actually work on my project?

Every airo btq. project is led by Karina Loboda, founder and Creative Director, from the first call to the final file. She works with a small circle of designers and production partners, and nothing leaves the studio without her approval. You always talk to the person responsible for the result.

Do you work with clients outside your country?

Yes. airo btq. works remotely with brands worldwide, with most clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East. Calls, reviews and approvals happen online, and we plan the schedule around your time zone.

How much of my time will the project take?

Expect about one to two hours a week. You join a kick-off call, answer a brief, and review work at set checkpoints. Between checkpoints the studio works independently, so you can keep running your business.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA or provide our own before you share anything confidential. Unreleased products and launch plans stay private until you are ready to announce them.

Services

What does airo btq. do?

airo btq. is a boutique branding studio that designs brand identity, packaging and websites for premium brands. Every project starts with strategy, through our process called The Perception Method, so the visuals are built on a clear idea of how the brand should be perceived.

Which industries do you specialise in?

We specialise in luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, fashion and hospitality. These are categories where perception drives the purchase, and where packaging and details carry as much weight as the logo.

Do you design packaging that is ready for production?

Yes. airo btq. designs packaging with production in mind: dielines, materials, finishes and print specifications are prepared for your manufacturer. On request we also supervise printing to make sure the finished box matches the design.

Can you build my website, not just design it?

Yes. We deliver websites end to end: strategy, structure, design for desktop and mobile, development and launch. Development is handled with our long-standing production partner, under airo btq. art direction. If you have your own developers, we can design and hand over full specifications instead.

Can I order just a logo?

We don't design logos on their own. A logo without strategy and a system around it rarely holds up in real use. Our smallest project is a complete brand identity with a guideline, which gives you everything needed to launch consistently.

Timelines

How long does a branding project take?

A brand identity project takes four to six weeks, depending on depth. Packaging takes two to four weeks per product, and a full website takes six to ten weeks. You receive an exact schedule with dates for every checkpoint before the project starts.

Can you work on an urgent deadline?

Sometimes. If your launch date is fixed, tell us on the first call and we will say honestly whether it is achievable. When possible, we adjust the scope or the order of work rather than cut corners.

What happens if I need to pause the project?

If we don't hear from you for ten working days, we move the project to the next available slot and let you know in advance. Nothing is lost, and we pick up exactly where we stopped.

Price & payment

How much does a project cost?

Every airo btq. project is priced by scope: what needs to be created, how many products, and how deep the strategy goes. After a short first call we send a proposal with a fixed price, so there are no surprises later.

How does payment work?

Projects are paid in two parts: 50% to reserve your start date and 50% before the final files are handed over. Larger projects can be split into stages.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included at each design stage. Because the direction is agreed in the strategy stage first, most projects need fewer.

What is not included in the price?

Third-party costs are billed separately: print runs, font and image licences, product photography, and hosting. We help you choose suppliers and include these costs in the plan so you see the full budget upfront.

Files & rights

Who owns the final work?

You do. Full rights to the final approved designs transfer to you once the project is paid in full. airo btq. may show the work in its portfolio, and if the launch is confidential we wait until you go public.

What do I receive at handover?

You receive a brand guideline and all source and export files: logo in every format, colours, typography, patterns, print-ready packaging files, and design or development files for the website. Everything is organised so your team or any future partner can work with it.

After launch

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Brand Support is a monthly partnership for social and campaign visuals, new packaging for new products, website pages and seasonal materials. Everything stays within the system we built, without the cost of an in-house designer.

What if I need a small change after the project ends?

Small fixes found shortly after handover, such as a typo or a file format, are covered. New work is quoted separately or included in Brand Support.
